Cancellation from Member's End
- •If you are cancelling 72 hours before the event, 25% of the total fare is deducted in case a replacement is obtained. Finding a replacement in any case is not the responsibility of Leisurexplorers.
- •If you are cancelling within 72 hours of the event, no refund is provided.
- •In case of medical emergencies, a credit note may be issued for future trips (subject to verification).
Cancellation from Leisurexplorers's End
- •If the event is cancelled from our end due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, government restrictions, etc.), a full refund or a credit note will be provided.
- •The refund process typically takes 5-7 working days.
